Anyone believe NMS is CLOSE at hand? What if the EN trades on NMS?
could get very interesting for us shortly, can't wait for [rospectus and a ROAD SHOW ON THE EN, sponsored by a major firm. these are some things to consider.

Isn't that 116% of face value? That's roughly 9 1/4. Regardless, Osicom has to come up with the cash to buy them out. If they could come up with that kind of cash, they wouldn't have to do dilutive offerings like this. Your floor is an illusion, even if it's 4.06 (116% of 3 1/2).
