Joe,

I received a complete investor's package with the annual report and laminated flyers depicting the entire SNDK product line and some technology summaries directed at the lay public. They could have easily incorporated this information in the annual report, but chose not to.

I agree that there could be a bit more glitz in the PR campaign and even commented about store displays and packaging in earlier posts. It is my feeling that the annual report indicates management is quite parsimonious, perhaps at the expense of the aesthetics.

Personally, I don't think too many analysts put the weight on annual reports that they used to. The advent of investor relation pages and company fundamentals on corporate web sites has significantly reduced value in annual reports.
