Ross, you are much more optimistic than I am. Do you have any objective evidence that Cellular phone rates will decrease anytime soon? Everything I see points to the exact opposite. The competition has more-or-less stablized (no new competitors), prices have leveled off, the "give-away" mania (free phones, etc.) has leveled off, PCS and "capacity issues" are giving most cell companies reasons for *increasing* rates, local governments are rebelling against additional cell towers, etc. What are you seeing?
