Ken, I'm totally aware of the embedded systems timebombs. I did a lot of research in that direction on SI and looked for confirmation in the main-stream press. Almost no one is aware of this problem because their is hardly any smart-money moving in that direction. From a financial point of view that is good news, we both be first in line. But when we forget that money it is extremely bad news. I am just recently fully aware of this problem. Not because I didn't know the facts, but it takes time to become fully aware of the impact. It is to far beyond our daily reality. A lot of people can't handle this so choose to deny. Not me. I'm trying to contact our government to make them aware. And if they don't want to listen I will go the every newspaper in Holland that is interested in what I have to tell. But as I said before, knowing and accepting the problem is the first step to a solution. Second step is counting our blessing. I won't go into details but it is sure not hopeless. I did a lot of thinking if there is anything we can do to stop this disaster from becoming reality. And even if we can't prevent or fix all problem, if we do EVERYTHING we can after detecting the problem we can minimize. There is a very long story behind the word everything. But I won't give up now we still have 1,5 year to go. Reality will be hard, one way or the other. But humanity proved in the past it is capable of doing the impossible, like landing on the moon. But the first step that has to be made is stop FOOLING ourselves and denying problems we think we can't handle. Physically or emotional. I won't give up before it is over, hope you do the same. Paul
