Si, I foresee most if not all semis moving to Cu by 0.13 micron. IBM, Motorola, and TSMC have announced they are using or will use Cu at 0.18, and I seem to remember hearing Intel was waiting until 0.13 but I'm not sure about that. I don't know about the other major domestic semis (TXN, NSM, AMD, LSI, etc.) I don't remember hearing anything out of a foreign manufacturer (expect TSMC) about Cu.
