Ok, the press release says the offering will be made to owners of Osicom Securities which includes preferreds. This raises the possibility that CSFB is really buying net +arm not FIBR. I realize that my rights will trade on the open market & I will have the chance to sell them if I can't come up with the money to exercise. I just don't see how the rights could have value that is higher than the resulting drop in the price of FIBR the day it goes ex-dividend. In theory this should not be possible. The spin-off does not add value for me unless I exercise. I'd be just as happy to participate in the success of Net +Arm without investing more, thank you.
