< a burr in your saddle> LOL! - No, Sir, I ride bareback; however:

1. Re: "recent 50 %" -- if you were going back to 15, I apologize, Sir, you are absolutely correct;

2. Re: Monthly cycles on sideways price and lower vol., not to ever controvert you, Sir, but purely for educational value, cking. my notes for the past 3 months, reveals for the wk. [=Fri.-Fri.] b/4 opts. expir., that the price is clearly more sideways than @ any other time in the month, and, what may be surprising to you and others, the avg. daily vol. was: March = 978.9; April = 1,555.7; and May = 1,560.5; With opts. expir. so early this mo., it will be intrst'g. 2/c how FORE performs the rest of May. Typically, the grst. gains have been circa 1st wk. of mo. June is qtr. end, a customary add'l. factor.

3. I would never "challenge" the Professor; I was just trying to understand; and,

4. Yessir, plenty of "knows." :-)

Thanks much for your help .....
