The "IPO" is a total joke and will be a failure like most everything else with this company. If Osicom can't even convince the public (and underwriters) to do a secondary for the whole company, what makes you think the public will want to buy into the IPO for the Net+Arm division? I remember CAML (Scam-a-lot) tried to pull a stunt like this, have you ever heard of CAML? They tried to pull off some IPO-spinoff and the hype eventually died down. Then the Nasdaq stepped in and I believe it was halted, booted off the Nasdaq, and now trades as CMHDA on the OTC-BB. CAML has a lot of similarities to FIBR. The CEO liked to move money between his little family of companies the way Osicom's management likes to conduct affiliated transcations. Even that scam GIFS I told you guys about did the same thing. They were going to spin-off their NASCAR "division". Now the CEO is a fugutive from justice. All these rip-off artists work alike. They know the key tactics that will bring enthusiasm and hype to the stock.

This is simply a tactic to rally the troops, and give you something to look forward to for another couple of months so you won't cash out. As long as there is a new hook to keep you from selling your shares, the price will stay up and FIBR's financing buddies can unload some more shares onto the market.

If a shareholder passes on the rights offering without selling the rights for a decent amount of money, he/she will be diluted like crazy. I, for one, am planning to oversubscribe, that's the play, hoping that many don't subscribe at all.

The fact that this is a rights offering rather than a tax-free dividend of the spinoff (a la LU or YUM), it indicates FIBR's desperate need for cash. Oh well, long sell cycles yada yada yada.

Still have faith...
