Wiz:
Sorry I can't answer that with facts. I only have opinions on this.
I have seen in the past where trades have been reversed. I am sure this trade just before the halt will be investigated. Pity the suckers that got that order filled if they don't reverse it. The buyer(s) will scream foul and have a very good case in court.
There will be investigations and lawsuits for the next handful of years on this one just like Bre-x.
And will anything be learned by the powers that be? Probably not!
Sorry for your loss on this one.

That is a very unusual circumstance concerning the timing of the halt and the large share block that was crossed by Griffiths McBurney etc. etc. Hopefully answers will be forthcoming. I was steering clear of this discussion (as well as enjoying the Canadian holiday) in the expectation that YBM Magnex's President and CEO Jacob Bogatin was going to help people understand such things - as well as answer those straightforward questions posted to him previously on this SI thread. Maybe Mr. Bogatin is still planning to reply - it would be of benefit to all - investors, employees and more - to have these questions answered. The internet provides Mr. Bogatin with an unique forum to help people out in this matter.

Let's see what happens. In the meantime, once the holiday is over in Canada there'll probably be lots of people looking to shine some light on all these issues.

Happy Victoria Day.
