Intuit is having a SPO to get the funds...that's why they are taking it on the chops...

Could it be that the previous EVP is selling his holdings?

Another real possibility, Excite borrowed $70 million from INTUIT to pay Netscape. Is it possible that INTUIT is selling some CKFR shares to cover the loan to EXCITE? This seems highly likely.

I don't know. It could be anybody. As stupid as it is to sell CKFR at $22, some is doing it. I'm biting my nails looking at this price and having no spare money to buy more. :-<
