Bryan, Worrying about how dominant technology companies will make their money 20 years in the future is a futile exercise at best. What products will contribute the most to Intel or Cisco's bottom lines in the year 2020? Should not being able to answer this question preclude me from making an investment decision today? No. As far as JoeBlow Corporation goes, process technologies do not magically appear out of thin air. And how did you formulate this opinion about DUV being around for ten years? Ten years is about how long it will be used for critical layers. It will be around for another 10 to 20 after that as non-critical lithography solution. Bob
