Thanks Denni. Can you believe that Michigan AG: -- "Kelley added: ''I am certain Microsoft will try to use its vast resources to protect its illegal monopoly. [it's not illegal to have a dominate market share, ie "monopoly", fool!] But before they go too far in this fight, I suggest they look at what is happening to the tobacco industry. Microsoft would be much better served by changing its ways than continuing to stifle competition.''

Also: "Kelley stated: ''This company has been extremely successful. Yet, instead of being satisfied with its success, Microsoft has adopted a corporate philosophy to use any means, legal or otherwise, to stop competition. The greed demonstrated by Microsoft is deplorable.''

Also: "The complaint seeks to prohibit Microsoft from requiring computer makers to include only Microsoft's separate web browser [it's not separate anymore, fool! It's now part of the OS!] on new machines.."

And: "Microsoft has demonstrated monopolistic predatory practices that are unfair to consumers.''

My answers to Kelley: I'm a consumer, and I'm not complaining. According to a recent Hart-Teeter poll, neither are the majority of consumers complaining, and they don't think you should sue Microsoft. I'm grateful to Microsoft for continuing to give me more without raising prices. I'm grateful I don't have to buy 40 different utilities to do what Win95/98 does today all in one convenient package. Win95/98 for $89 is cheap. I deplore your greed, Mr. Kelley. The implicit threat with reference to the tobacco companies tells me that you simply want some of MSFT's money, the same as you want tobacco company money. You are a pathetic example of another publicity seeking gold digger. The fact that you put out your own press release shows that you are simply another AG, i.e. "Aspiring Governor".
