Edward,

PMFJI, but if MSFT keeps using NT5 delay to "freeze the market" I'd suspect NW5 to move in for the kill. Businesses are way too dependant on upgrades to more powerful, scaleable, robust (crash-free) solutions to even think about passing up on NDS, and NW5 IMHO. Wall street will eventually endorse NOVL if they continue on a straight path, as the underdog with the solutions for competitive networking software. As today's action might indicate, NOVL will piece through the MSFT loyalty and FUD like a hot knife through butter.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Regards,

QuadK

Hi Ed: re: >> chance of freezing the market ... << Well, as always
I'll try to remain consistent --- I am not a MSFT lover, never have
been (I had a track record on that <g>) ... but I am a capitalist
<GG> ... I stated publicly here awhile ago to paraphrase myself,
"I give up --- bucking the trend" (whether it makes good business
sense or not). Sorry, I digressed --- your "question" above:
I think a) they will continue to freeze it. and, b) they will come
out of this DOJ/State thing the winner. Unbelievable as that may
sound, that I what I truly believe now. I don't WANT to believe it,
but that is my feeling. I bought additional MSFT at 79 (post last
split) and I have orders in for more at 81 or better right now. Rgds..
