Hey all.. good to see a few new names Friday and on the weekend.

Just a short hypothesis on what to expect from financials (conservatively)

1997 Earnings were .316 per share on 10.99M shares
In March 1998 there were roughly 22M shares

So we have a doubling of shares in Q1 of 1998.
Lets make a big assumption (conservative) that 1997 earnings were linear, meaning each Q was exactly the same amount of EPS. (this is conservative because it would be assumed with all the contracts GNNX signed in latter part of 1997 that 4Q 1997 would be much higher than 1Q 1997) But since we dont have numbers, lets be conservative.

So: .316 divided by 4 Quarters = .079 EPS per Quarter
Now divide that number 2 because we have twice as many shares Outstanding in Q1 1998 and you have .04 roughly EPS for 1Q 1998.

So that should be the lower end of the scale: .04 for 1Q 1998. Obviously this takes in account no growth rate, and no income from any new revenue sources or contracts.

I am expecting somewhere between .04 and .06 EPS, anything above would be gravy as we still have not starting receiving any income in 1Q 1998 from any of the new contract sources. Anything below .04 and it should require examination of why. (maybe start up expenses? production costs for the movies? etc)

Also, remember this will add credibility by showing who all these companies they signed the telecom contract with really are...

Now, 2nd Q 1998 is the months of April to June.... and the first of the NEW contracts start hitting the books. That # should be released about 3 months from now.. mid August.. and I expect a very good number then, and in 6 months... ;) hmm along with a $5+ price and move to NASDAQ small cap exchange, low float.. could be a rosy scenario.
