If we can't stop India from making nuclear weapons, how can we expect Pfizer to keep them from making sildenafil citrate?

This is another form of counterfeit drug, though they are saying they have "developed a new process to make sildenafil citrate"; but we expect this to happen, since most Asian countries offer no patent protection. Read the news about counterfeit Prozac in China (4 companies making "generic" versions of Prozac)? Even the government is on the side of the counterfeiters.

If it's that easy to develop a new process to make sildenafil citrate. Glaxo, Merck, LLY and all the other big pharmaceuticals and biotechs would already have done it. Viagra has only been on the market for a little over 1 month, which means that it is only during these past few months that the world knows how ludricous the sales of this drug will be, and this company in India already developed this "new process" in a few months' time? Give me a break.
