Oops, I just want to make one thing clear for the record. I stated that I thought John Babish's stock sale hurt the company. I don't think he sold his stock to intentionally hurt the company. I believe Babish when he said he thought he had to sell his stock to gain the Board's attention during contract negotiations. I don't think the stock sale was done out of malice or bad intent. Still, it was not the smoothest move possible and it did have the unintended consequence of hurting the company.

Robin,

The way you are able to quickly gather historical data I think you must be the thread's Historian.

The selling of shares by John Babish was an unfortunate event in the life of the old company but I don't believe it had anything to do with dilution . The argument could be made that his selling caused the price of the stock to drop but how was it diluted?

Your inclusion of the quote from Jonathan's post regarding dilution and his editorial comment do not give me any reason to believe that the available shares will be utilized in any other way but to increase company value.

This is a brand new company with new leadership and I for one have the utmost confidence in Colin Campbell. I'm sure he will work diligently to increase shareholder value, not deplete it.
