You are ignoring the point now. I am saying that the DOJ is not being objective. I have also said
that they have not been objective in the past, the latest bit of evidence is what sticks out in my
mind. The reason why it may appear that I am hammering that one point is becase the mere
mention of such a point eliminates the objectiveness of the DOJ, thereby invalidating thier entire
argument that they are acting in the best interest of the consumer.

One point does not throw out an entire argument. If this were the case, then every single case of any reasonable complexity brought in any legal venue would be thrown out, as I am sure you could find off-point remarks in any case. In any case, even this point does not show that the DOJ is not attempting to act in the best interest of the consumer, for you have to admit that if MSFT shipped the NSCP browser, with an install-time question asking whether the consumer wanted it installed would be better for the consumer, because it gives them a choice that they could more readily make than they can today.

He's probably ignoring it because it's a meaningless statement. Try putting some meat on dem bones. What particular regulations in the DOJ's charter are they not following?
