Re: the Boise slime et al. First off tell me how much you knew about MU's current fundamentals before my post. Secondly, I doubt if the SEC would view this as the right (read legal) way to communicate with shareholders. Thirdly, why are you getting so het up? ... maybe HAL can calm you down.

it looks like mu management had a talk with some of their boys (the few) on may 11 or 12th. those few trashed the stock ahead of tk's warning and hp's warning. then they "announce" it - well after they've taken their position and made easy money.

niles was late, is late and will be late. watch the stock price as it indicates what is "known" and "when."
