Judging by their constant promotional attitude, I don't think they acknowledge the ongoing persistent problems or the impact to their customers, so doubt they're informed enough to be embarrassed.

i propose to take this forum to undernet at least during market hours
let's open #RT channel there and ask NAQ reps to sign on as well
that way there will be an immediate feedback and maybe many of the communications breakdowns will be eliminated
