Couldnt agree more, Nasdaq... Yes, they do deserve it all. My thing with the username was that, when you're having specific problems, and they're not down all over, that they might identify where the problem might be. I.E. your ISP, etc. And I doubt they would proceed to purposely degrade just YOUR feed, though they might privately wish to.<g> And they would never divulge anything publicly, as they would be liable bigtime for that. Fraudulently (my error in not using the spellchecker) was my way of joking about some 007 reason for your not making yourself known to them. (Sorry, bad attempt at humor) Hey, I have stayed longer than I should have for just the same reason you have. I just have less of a tolerance level for sh_t service. Thanks for not beating me up about the post. I'm glad you understood my reasons. It's too bad, cuz they have a great program. Len
