Tom, thanks for the recap! I never took you for the enemy I have read all your posts from start to finish on this thread and you were a valued contributor in my opinion. It certainly has been a play of ups and downs no doubt about that looking forward to some resolve to this whole thing by months end. One can never be too cautious on this or any other small cap stock for that matter. If .50 is the bottom on this one than I will still more than double my investment on this horse should it come up lame and providing there is some degree of Liquidity. Should it go on to Mr.Kinikan's predictions then early retirement is okay too;-)) I was not trying to paint a rosy picture on the patent issue just expressing how I interpret the agreement with respect to same.
