Yea...Q to Q / 1997 to 1998 they increased Quarterly sales 12 Mil and put 8 Mil of that on the bottom line...which is 75%.

Didn't they say in the confrence call that they would be putting 50% of the e-comm revenue increases to the bottom line?

Take a good look at the table...how are they going to go backwards from 75% to 50%? Somebody want to explain that one to me?

I thinks the 50% is conservative by 50%.

Maybe that table is too complicated...I'm looking at these 2 lines.

Three Months Ended Nine Months Ended
March 31, March 31,
---------------------- ---------------------
1998 1997 1998 1997
-------- -------- -------- --------

Operating Revenue:
Electronic Commerce $ 36,080 $ 24,330 $ 99,046 $ 57,915

Operating Income (Loss):
Electronic Commerce $ 587 $ (7,273) $ (515) $ (16,421)

Now do you see it? This past quarter vs a year ago.

e-comm revs up by ~12 Mil...and ~8 Mil when to bottom line?

ie going from -7.273Mil to +587 = 7.860 Mil+ on bottom line

on a 11.750 Mil increase in revs.

7.860 / 11.750 = 66.89% of Q revenue when right to bottom line?

So it's not 75%...Its still 34% more than 50%.
