Edward,

I have provided a summary of estimates from First Call, I/B/E/S,
and Zacks below. The First Call data came from AOL, I/B/E/S
from quicken.excite.com,
and Zacks from ultra.zacks.com.
The data on Zack's website is the same as the data that you copied
from Prudential's website.

Recommendations:
I/B/E/S First Call Zacks
Strong Buy 2 Not shown 2
Buy 3 Not shown 2
Hold 7 Not shown 9
Underperform 0 Not shown 0
Sell 0 Not shown 0
Mean 2.417 2.6 2.5

Earnings estimates:
I/B/E/S First Call Zacks
June 98 qtr $0.09 $0.09 $0.16
Sep 98 qtr $0.23 $0.21 Not shown
FY 98 $0.69 $0.69 $0.96
FY 99 $1.31 $1.25 $1.47

Notice how out of whack Zacks is with First Call and I/B/E/S?
Zacks has always been behind them and I don't have much confidence
in them anymore. They are too slow to update. I still maintain that
Gruntal was just playing catch up. As I pointed out the other day,
First Call has been at $0.09 for the current quarter and $0.21 for
the Sep 98 quarter for the past two weeks. IMO, Zacks can come down
to these levels with little or no impact on the stock price.
