Even if Time Traveler knew, Time Traveler would only express it as full Planck Constant, rather « h, wrong anyway. Anyway, after so many years traveling in time, Time Traveler just took the liberty of answering your little quiz without looking up a textbook. Next time, since looking up a textbook is so easy, why don't you quiz on something that one cannot look up in a textbook. Oh, please don't get Time Traveler wrong.
