Bob,

Could also mean that they consider the high quantity of iridium to be an anomaly and don't want to assume it is typical of the rest of the formation. JMHO.

Bob,
The exact quote is "Maxam has determined to place no commercial value on the Iridium reported in the analysis, at this time." Those last three words are key....no time or inclination to calculate it yet.
If it were included, what would that do to the gold equivalent??
