Yeah, Vi, I saw the rates hike also. Bad news, no doubt. I'm still not quite as negative as you seem to be. Of course a plunging Ruble will destroy great values in the short term, but in the asset rich cos. like LUKoil, a barrel of oil is still a barrel of oil. I'm quite positive that LUKoil and others will be able to attract foreign investors as long as the Russian political system is still stable. Political stability is still there IMO, that's why I'm not concerned yet. What happens over 3 months, 6 months is anybody's guess. 5 years, 10 years out, my outlook is still positive as of this time.
