<<What particular regulations in the DOJ's charter are they not following?>> That's too easy. Answer, The part that protects consumers from damage. Where is the damage?

First of all, that's the Charles "Rick" Rule theory of antitrust law, aka the Regimodel 2000 legal theory, not the DOJ's charter. Next chance to get Rick reinstalled is the Y2K election. Secondly, this presumes that the integrity and uniformity of the Windows experience doesn't damage the consumer. Of course, Microsoft always gives the consumers what they want, like that grotty old Windows 95 retail release, fresh as a daisy after 2 3/4 years on the shelf.

Cheers, Dan.
