we expected to put that money to work and continue the 30% ROI

Ed, Management will have to put their collective noses to the grindstone to keep that 30% ROI from deteriorating below that threshold. I'm pretty sure mgt. is just marking time on purpose until the SCSC makes their ruling - which should be soon. I'll *infer* that this "wait and see" attitude indicates, if the SCSC rules FOR VG, BNGO might just go balls out with further SC vgm expansions. Even one additional vgm year in SC would do the trick.

Some of management's objectives should include:

* a renewed shareholder communications program, (apparently already underway).

* the re-establishing of shareholder value, i.e. stock price. This would present the company with additional acquisition leverage.

* the immediate re-purchasing of <150,000 shares of stock, as an indication to the marketplace of their seriousness to undertake the announced share re-purchase program. It might also have the hidden benefit of tightening the float a tad.

* to re-establish their credibility with the investment community.

* seek diversifying acquisitions or joint ventures such as SPTK, (Spintek Gaming), who makes the Accu-Hopper System for minimizing slot machine downtimes. I'm sure Mr. Hilliou has probably heard of them. I also wonder if Canada is still part of the "vision".

* Exploit some of Mr. Hilliou's knowledge and contacts in the Nevada and New Jersey gaming scenes.

It's time to put some pieces of this overturned puzzle back together again, and tomorrow could be the beginning of their window of opportunity.
