Decent numbers, but that share offering is going to hurt bug time.

Intuit Inc. (INTU) 45 1/16 -13/16: maker of financial software products records a fiscal Q3 pro-forma profit of $0.20 a share, four cents ahead of the First Call estimate, vs year-ago $0.01 a share; including new GAAP measures, company lost $0.05 a share; revenues rose 4.2% to $142 mln; company also to acquire Lacerte Software for $400 mln in cash; INTU also files for an 8.4 mln stock offering.....
