Naveen, I am not familiar with OTC Rules, but I believe that the MM only has to keep the price consistent with the current ask price based upon a round lot figure- 1,000 shares I believe. After he/she has sold the 1,000 shares at that price, then I believe that the MM is free to "tick up" the price for the next 1,000 share sale.... Someone correct me if I am wrong... Sincerely, Doug F.
