I'm not suggesting a full court press is a forgone conclusion, only that they will do something similar to what Hughes did. Then, they may well slam the door and say, "We've already responded to this nonsense. Let the investigation take its course, and make sure you call us for a response later after you find out what a bill of goods a few special interest groups tried to sell the public."
