I don't have the details but the SEC has strict rules about how buybacks are handled. A company can not drive the price up with a buyback. They can sit on the bid and absorb offerings. They can take blocks from institutions that want to sell. Forget the idea that CRUS will improve the price with the buyback. Design wins and earnings will improve the price. If you want the rules, they should be available somewhere at the SEC. Good luck!
