Probably the bond holders selling some tucked away shares here and causing the down pressure. I speculate that they would luv to convert to common shares here if MPRS brass offered/negotiated it. Would be kinda like what MSEL's holders (Stonington) did around last holiday season. Me? Why, I would be against it of course...too much near term potential to let them jump in full force so cheap...if x-mas was 12 months away and MPRS didn't have such a strong line-up then I might be for it...since that is not the case, I oppose the possibility.
