This slide in oil over the past few days reminds me of the slide in late March when oil dipped below $13. I bet we get an exhaustive test of the lows ($13.25 +/- is my guess) with a snap back. Maybe that would put in the double bottom and then the return to $16.

Just some thoughts.

PS, couldn't agree more with the comment: I love the stock market! Those with patience will be rewarded!

The oil patch isn't like the tech sector. In order to make any real
money off of them, you need to be patient and let them sit there while you focus your attention on other stocks. Most of my oil holdings are in my IRA account, sitting there until prices rise again, which is inevitable.

Very, very long on PTEN, MDCO, and KEG (which, surprisingly, has held up well recently).
