David, true enough on Rockefeller and the short-term consumer benefits of his actions. How do you suppose the oil industry would look today had the government stayed out of it? Would you still be receiving that benefit? I personally think it was a detriment to the consumers' short-term benefit, a boon to the industry, and eventually turned in favor of the consumer over the long haul. Since the article's premise is that MSFT competitors will be helped and consumers will be hindered, maybe we can get a glance at the future here, by looking at the past. -MrB
