I have this feeling that one day a lot of business and Gov. are going to be scrambling for Y2K support and it will then be a case of supply and demand. We all know what happens to prices in that situation.
I'm not sure if I posted it here or not, but Ontario Hydro has been working on the problem for 3 yrs and and to a recent date, they are only at the 40% mark.
