Sometimes there is no real reason, we may never know. However, since TAVA will have options starting on Thursday I don't find it unreasonable that the stock may act a little different for the next few weeks until things level out. Some people may be selling stock in anticipation of various option strategies that they will soon be utilizing. Be it selling calls/puts using bull spreads or just plain buying some insurance with puts or whatever. The bottom line is that the TAVA story has not changed. The rest is just noise.
