Ray,
I did a quick check of the other two stocks mentioned ergb>ntrl>
I like BCAM, and especially the companies they"ve aligned themselves with.

We believe BCAM has enormous investment potential because of its unique technology. Its strategy
of consolidating and incorporating its technology in the highly fragmented medical footcare industry is
exciting and we are delighted to be part of BCAM's future," said Richard L. Stern, president of Stern
& Co.

The Company said the campaign will focus on BCAM as an investment opportunity as well as its
products and strategic alliances. Currently General Motors' Cadillac division has incorporated this
technology into the driver and passenger seats of the 1998 Cadillac Seville STS Model.

BCAM International has strategic alliances with:
-- Textron Automotive, a division of Textron, Inc., a leading supplier of
automotive interiors, has an exclusive license to use IST in the
manufacture and sale of seats and seating components for
transportation, hospital beds, wheelchairs and office chairs;
-- Reebok International Inc. has an exclusive license to incorporate IST
into sports, fitness and casual footwear;
-- Sealy Inc., a leading maker of bedding and mattress products, has an
option to use IST in its adjustable beds, and the right of first
refusal to license the technology for the entire bedding field;
-- A major manufacturer of recliners has provided funding to adapt IST
into one of its products.

BCAM International Inc., Melville, New York, specializes in the development of technology that
enables surfaces to adjust themselves in real time to conform to any part of the body for utmost of
comfort and fit, and also in the consolidation of the highly fragmented medical footcare industry.
