MB, a few months ago Joel Parkinson resigned from another job as CEO of a small co. called Eight X Eight, so admittedly he might have some problems. I think he's somewhat hotheaded: he was also busted for beating up a bum not too long after he resigned from MU; busted with one of the board members, oddly enough.

Not to be too terribly stupid, but what are the general conditions of most forward sales? Do you actually short the stock you own? BPP's statement about renewing contracts has me confused.

oh my, why am i not surprised. i guess simpleton can't learn new tricks. especially ethical ones! ;-(
