Excerpts from a PM. Macker has done some incredible DD on the DGIV thread. His statements and research have been right. He has shown true heart and concern in his posts. I do not know where he gets his information, but on the DGIV thread it has been very accurate to date. I have not personally confirmed any of his information regarding ICVI, but he is reinforcing what others have posted. When I called the number John provided for Joe Gort, I got a recording. My thought was once the number was posted, he was bombarded. Everything went to voicemail. As far as, "sounds too good to be true", I agree to a point. DGIV sounds too good to be true, but so far it has been true. IMO, it will continue to go up. ICVI is much more of an unknown and certainly doesn't have the following of some of the others BBs. If the news is indeed true as posted and I have no reason to doubt that it is not true, the book value is easy enough to figure from the press release. Macker says $4, he might be rounding. John says $3.25. Regardless, we will not see anything close to that IMO until audited financials are released and the stock is a reporting company. With all the attention, I see a gap on the open. Once news hits and it confirms what's been posted, we're off to the races. With 15 Million shares outstanding and an even smaller float, hello! If news is delayed until Wednesday, we should end in the .20's, UNLESS WE HAVE MORE CONFIRMATIONS FROM DISCUSSIONS WITH JOE GORT. Just look at GLOW. They've got nearly 100 Million shares outstanding, yet they had enough momentum to hit .60 something. ICVI has 15 Million with 9 Million in the float. If this is not right, please correct. Bid and ask are tight, which is good for investors. Anybody see anything noteworthy in after hours trading? Best, Tod in the Big D
