I assume that everyone is fully aware of the clear fact that there is absolutely no "contract" anywhere referenced in that announcement. It an "agreement to offer", another way of saying, "we need news, can we say THIS?", which simply states that FNTN can make proposals to 125,000 affiliated but independent insurance agencies. Whether or not they do any business under this arrangement at all is presumably at sole discretion of each of those 125,000 business people; no mention is made as to whether a proposal has even been mailed to these people. Frankly, it's kind of like saying you intend to offer your services to anyone listed in the NYC White Pages; to go on and give the revenue potential for an assumed 20% of this group is just as sensible as making the same calculation for the phone book. I honestly can't see the excitement over this particular announcement.

I really do believe that FNTN has a great concept here and is likely to be looking forward to success in the long term, which is why I will hold this one long, but the word "contract" keeps popping up in this discussion and I am somewhat surprised by it.
