I would like to agree with you about the negatives being priced into this stock. However, the uncertainties do bother me. Selling out of money Puts seems like a good way to participate at this time. I almost pulled the trigger today by selling (shorting) 50 contracts of the Jan'00 30 Puts @ 3 1/8, but didn't because, lets face it, this stock is setting new lows now almost every trading day. With these senate hearings what's to lose by waiting? I sold Puts too soon on CPQ and had the stock put to me at 32 1/2.

Luck to everyone who's long on MO. You deserve better.
