No. To set the record straigh, the police, the DA, and the DOJ should be forced to represent Justice, period. Again, your post hints of tolerance of such actions.

Oh, stuff it Reggie. Since you're always right, you're going to tell us what justice is, eh? You're also welcome to explain about how it's impossible to compete with Microsoft, outside of the antitrust context, but in the antitrust context, all the (potential) competitors are whining crybabies. And you may as well dig up the binding precedents that show us that the Charles "Rick" Rule "consumer" theory of antitrust law is the one correct and "just" interpretation.
