NASD has three websites which, by the way, offer a wealth of information on NASDAQ listed companies, but not much on OTCs. nasd.com A lot of research links from here. nasdr.com This one is the regulatory division, in case you have complaints. I have a feeling our friends in Joisy City might get mentioned there before too long... nasdaq.com You can set up a portfolio tracker here (like a lot of places) and get all kinds of background info on filings, short positions (NASDAQ only, remember), etc.
