You still don't address the question of why not put all the browsers on the Windows 98 CD. Just because the biggest whiner is NSCP why should they get special favors from the gov't. over and above others. Because some MSFT exec. says lets take aim on NSCP. Who would you take aim at if you were #2 and NSCP was #1? Next whiner will be the cable companies when Web TV ( a company MSFT stole) proves to be an astounding success.

Remember, there were allegations of illegal activity specifically aimed at Netscape's browser product. Therefor, we may expect to be presented with a legal remedy specifically aimed at Netscape's browser product.

No, Wrong! Allegations are allegations. You don't jump to legal remedies on the basis of allegations. Or at least that isn't my view of how Justice should be run. But I know I have some old-fashioned views like "presumed innocent until proven guilty".
