Are not the real questions: (i) did any legitimate accounting/SEC/legal issue or issues come up in the last month to justify the delay in the process, or are we just getting the run around, (ii) is the company responding in a constructive and diligent manner to resolve the issue, or are we just getting the run around, and (iii) did IR and the Company behave responsibly in giving an earlier goal for the financials (i.e., was the issue that came up an unexpected and good faith basis for the delay), or are we just getting the run around? To hold this management and IR team responsible for promises and delays made by a different management and IR team makes no sense. I am not yet ready to vent my spleen/disparage management and IR, etc., etc. You and Matty may be 100% correct - but I'm not yet convinced.
