Bill, I think SOFT's weak earnings this quarter were the last hurrah for Billy for a while. From a T/A aspect look at the sell-off after earnings announcement.

That was a fairly convincing NO VOTE on Soft. Hasn't seen a sell-off like this since the Spring 97 sell-off.

It looks like to me it is in the process of forming an indecision triangle in the chart now. Indecisions triangles after downtrends, usually resolve themselves in a continuation of the trend.

IMHO Billy's bubble is starting to burst and thats why he looks so nervous and worried when discussing the DOJ actions. Never seen him that way (RG if your around thats one of my sentiment indicators -g-)

Crashing 98 at the show is another one of my sentiment indicators -g-

If SOFT continues at their current decelleration of earnings growth, I would suspect they may have 10-15% growth this quarter, hardly enough to support 60 p/e, not to mention DOJ hot on their trail.
