Don't know about Crossy but it tells me they don't need the money. That must mean they are planning on having lots of it soon :-)

Gary,
thanx for providing me Your conclusions..

"Crossy in your analytical process since you are really trying to figure out my logic"

Well, how did You arrive at that <g> ?

My conclusion of Point 1) is - since Mr. Fisher owns the other part of preferred - means to me the company doesn't need that cash any more. Especially after they sold the BobWest field - maybe (just my opinion) to one ex-employee who left and always wanted to do the oil-drilling game <?>

Point 2) leads me to conclude the same than 1) with one added thing - since the automatic conversion procedure was reworded with a conversion option - You have to take into account how many warrants have been issued to date.

If all the volume has been sold as of now it's a very strong indirect indication that cash-flow will be available imminently. If not, this means that this may be all the cash-flow Arcon will need shortterm and they will be handling it with warrants..

Just my reasoning..

regards
CROSSY
