You are not wrong Ken, You described a posion pill to the tee!! Most good, good, good companies have such a thing!! Kroger, the largest grocery chain in the world did not have one and it almost cost them their company!! Brunos, in Birmingham, did not have one and got bought out buy KKR!! The list goes on and on!! MDIX knows what they have and I could buy the company today, pending closures for cash, that is, my 0.50 cents for their 0.50 cents, not considering the long term growth of the internet/e-mail sector!! Boy, what a return an investor could have if they got control of that!! You run the numbers!! In perspective and in a funny way, You would have better whole rights than Walmrt/Sams could buy things for!! What a deal, another perspective angle is "what if you could walk into wal-mart and buy everything in a respective store for what wal-mart paid for it and own the store when you left it?"
