Agreed...no matter what we feel or see in Checkfrees future. The numbers will tell us what is going on.

Couple roadblocks...the merging Gold/OFX is going to delay things...90 days? Got to give it to the big banks...to slow it down a little if everything is going to change again by August 1998 on a combined standard....let's wait to make our push on purchases and market until we know what side of the road we are to be driving on.

Makes perfect sense to me....to slow down or wait for the rules of the road.

OFX was great....look at who put it together. And then look who is in on combining OFX with Gold.....tells you who the players are.

Maybe that pushes this back from September to December...but we will see the Genesis effect by September and the lid blow off for sure come Christmas when the big banks answer the NTBKs of the world.

One thing I don't figure these Big Banks to do..and that is sit on there ass...This entire market situation with CheckFree is the calm before the storm....watch a year from now people will be talking it up on this thread that they got it at $50 and be talking like me now.

Well just in case you are wondering they didn't buy my shares.

I'm a big Pete Kight fan. I also think that after the way the company has been jerked around by Wall Street, he is smart enough to know that the worst thing one can do is over promise and under perform. After all, they've taken it on the chin for performing!

If you want have some fun take a look at the vesting criteria for Integrion's warrants and extrapolate what the future revenues and earnings will be if they all vest.

Current analyst estimates aren't even close.
